Rob Cochrane
Corrugator operations, maintenance, production, safety, and process-improvement leader with more than 50 years of hands-on industry experience.

Trainer background
Experience built from the plant floor up.
Rob Cochrane brings more than 50 years of hands-on experience in the corrugated industry, with a career spanning corrugator operations, maintenance, production supervision, plant management, process improvement, safety, and technical training.
His experience is particularly valuable because it was built from the plant floor up. Rob began in operational roles including roll handling, starch preparation, corrugator operation, knife operation, and waste control.
He then progressed into maintenance supervision, plant supervision, plant management, and ultimately the role of Corrugator Superintendent. This progression gives him a practical understanding of both frontline execution and plant-level leadership.
Throughout his career, Rob has worked extensively on corrugator performance, downtime reduction, steam systems, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, automated process control, equipment installation, and waste reduction.
Rob connects technical knowledge with the realities of production, safety, equipment reliability, and the day-to-day decisions required to improve corrugator performance.
