By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. A purchase is also governed by the course or service description, checkout summary, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any terms affirmatively accepted during checkout. You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, damage, gain unauthorized access to, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or misuse the website, accounts, content, or systems.
We take reasonable steps to keep website information accurate and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every technical detail will always be error-free. We may correct genuine errors, update content, suspend functions, or change services where reasonably necessary. This paragraph does not limit obligations concerning accurate prices, course descriptions, material terms, or laws against misleading representations.
Website content, training materials, videos, documents, graphics, branding, course structures, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to INSCO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, no content may be copied, distributed, published, modified, recorded, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Purchasing or accessing a course grants only the limited, personal or organization-specific access stated in the applicable offer. Access credentials and licensed training materials may not be shared unless INSCO expressly authorizes it.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly. INSCO may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, or address a contractual breach.
Course and service purchases are subject to the description, price, schedule, eligibility requirements, and specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Available payment methods are only those displayed for the customer’s location and transaction at checkout. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment or banking providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
Taxes, exemptions, currency, and invoicing treatment may depend on the customer location, transaction, and information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
Registrations are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on this website and any course-specific terms clearly disclosed before purchase. If documents conflict, the checkout summary and course-specific offer control the commercial details, these Terms control general website use, and mandatory consumer law controls over every document.
The website may integrate or link to payment providers, learning platforms, video services, social networks, or other third-party resources. Independent third-party websites and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. When a provider processes information or delivers a contracted function on INSCO’s behalf, INSCO remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law and uses appropriate contractual and security measures.
Training and website content is provided for professional educational purposes and does not replace site-specific engineering, safety, legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, workplace procedures, equipment requirements, and compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSCO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a non-waivable consumer remedy.
To the extent permitted by law, business users agree to indemnify INSCO against third-party claims resulting from their unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of rights, or material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Courts in Pinellas County, Florida are a non-exclusive forum. This clause does not require a Consumer to bring a claim outside the state or Canadian province whose mandatory law gives that Consumer another forum, including Quebec where applicable. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights are not waived.
Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact each other and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms when our services, operations, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law and the customer permit otherwise. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be notified and, where required, accepted before they bind the customer.
Questions regarding these Terms may be sent to hello@inscolearning.us. A Quebec Consumer who requires French contract terms should contact INSCO before purchase if a French version is not presented during the transaction; INSCO will not treat the customer as bound until the language requirements applicable to that transaction have been satisfied.
