Roberto Casonato has over 35 years of experience in the corrugated board industry, with strong expertise in adhesive chemistry, starch-based glues, and bonding process optimization.
His career combines technical knowledge, commercial support, and hands-on work on the production floor, helping corrugated board manufacturers improve bonding quality, increase production speed, and solve operational issues related to adhesives, additives, and process parameters.
Throughout his career, he has worked with leading companies such as Roquette Italia, where he spent many years as a technical sales specialist for the paper and corrugated board sector; BHS Corrugated, as a process trainer for corrugator operators; Kemind, as Regional Technical Sales Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa; and currently Silvateam, where he serves as Senior Technical Sales Manager.
He also works as a freelance corrugated board consultant, bringing a practical perspective based on laboratory research, technical training, and direct experience on production lines.
